Terms of Service — Unbroken (Warriors Edge)

Welcome to Unbroken, a membership program operated under the Warriors Edge brand ("Unbroken," "we," "us"). By purchasing a membership or using warriorunbroken.com and our course platform, you agree to these terms.
1. What Unbroken Is — and Is Not
Unbroken is a fitness, nutrition-education, and community membership program designed for adults rebuilding strength after injury, age, or illness.
Unbroken is not medical care. We are not physicians, physical therapists, or registered dietitians, and nothing in this program — including your personalized Fuel Plan, training guidance, or community discussion — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our nutrition guidance is principles-based education, not prescription.
Talk to your doctor before starting. This program is built for people coming back from real health events. That is exactly why you must clear participation with your physician first, and why you must follow your medical team's guidance over anything in this program whenever the two conflict.
2. Assumption of Risk
Physical training carries inherent risk, including injury, aggravation of existing conditions, and in rare cases serious harm. By participating, you voluntarily accept these risks. You agree to work within your current capabilities, stop any activity that causes pain, and seek medical attention when needed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Unbroken, Warriors Edge, and Bennett Thompson from liability for injuries or damages arising from your participation.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. Veteran-tier pricing is offered on an honor-attestation basis to those who have served in the armed forces; we reserve the right to request reasonable verification.
4. Membership, Billing, and Cancellation
Memberships bill on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our course platform's payment processor until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Member Conduct
The brotherhood works because of mutual respect. We may remove, without refund of the current period, any member who harasses others, records or shares private community sessions without consent, shares login credentials or paywalled content, or uses the community to solicit or promote outside businesses.
6. Intellectual Property
All program content — fuel plans, training materials, videos, brand assets, and community sessions — is owned by Unbroken/Warriors Edge and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while you are a member. Do not redistribute, resell, or republish it.
7. Physical Goods
Member welcome gear (such as shirts) is fulfilled by third-party print providers. Sizing, availability, and delivery timelines may vary; see our Refund Policy for defective-item handling.
8. Changes to the Program or Terms
We may update program content, features, pricing for new members, and these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date above. Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The program is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific fitness, health, or body-composition results — outcomes depend on factors we do not control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the program is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
