Privacy Policy — Unbroken (Warriors Edge)

This policy explains what we collect, why, and who touches it when you use warriorunbroken.com or join the Unbroken membership.
What We Collect
Account and billing: name, email, and billing details you provide at checkout. Payment card numbers are handled by our payment processor (Stripe, via our course platform) — we never see or store full card numbers.
Intake information: when you complete your Fuel Plan intake, we collect your name, age range, bodyweight, goals, training availability, eating style and restrictions, household details, shirt size, shipping address, veteran self-attestation, and any health conditions you choose to flag. Health flags are used for one purpose: making your plan safer and more appropriate, including deferring to your doctor where flags are present.
Community participation: if you join live sessions (such as the Monthly Roll Call), your name and participation are visible to other attendees. Sessions are not recorded unless we announce it beforehand.
How We Use It
To deliver what you paid for: generating your personalized Fuel Plan, delivering it by email, fulfilling your member gear, providing course access, hosting community calls, and providing support. We also use aggregate, non-identifying information to improve the program.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Who Processes It
We use a small set of service providers to run the program, each receiving only what they need: Teachable (course platform and checkout), Stripe (payments), Typeform (intake forms), Make (automation), Anthropic (AI-assisted plan generation from your intake answers), PDFMonkey (plan document generation), Google (email delivery and member records), Printify (gear printing and shipping — receives your name, address, and shirt size), Zoom (live calls), and Wix (website). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Retention and Deletion
We keep member records while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for tax and business records. You can request deletion of your intake data at any time by contacting us; we will remove it from our active records, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
Your Choices
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the rights to know, delete, and non-discrimination; we honor these requests for all members regardless of state.
Security
We use reputable platforms with industry-standard security, restrict access to member data, and limit health-flag information to plan-generation purposes. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
Children
The program is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
